• Delivery times are calculated based on business days (Saturday to Thursday) and exclude public holidays.
• Orders placed after 4 PM UAE time will be processed the next business day.

Eligibility for Returns

• Customers can return products within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Products

• Products that have been used, damaged, or are missing original packaging cannot be returned.
• Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
